1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. Related technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work much the same way. Here is how WonderSnow Battleground uses them and how you decide what runs.
2. Your choice
When you first visit, a cookie bar at the bottom of the screen lets you Accept all or Reject non-essential cookies. Both buttons are equally easy to reach, and nothing non-essential runs until you accept. We remember your answer, so the bar won’t follow you to other pages.
3. Strictly necessary storage
The site needs this to work. It doesn’t follow you to other websites.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
wsb_cookie_consent | Local storage | Stores your cookie choice | Until you clear it |
4. Analytics and advertising cookies (with consent)
After you choose “Accept all”, Google Tag Manager may load analytics and advertising tools that show us how visitors use the site and how our campaigns perform. Typical cookies are:
| Provider | Examples | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | _ga, _ga_* | Counts visits and measures page interactions | Up to 2 years |
| Google Ads | _gcl_* | Measures the results of advertising | Up to 90 days |
| Meta | _fbp, _fbc | Measures the results of advertising | Up to 90 days |
Google Consent Mode tells these tools that analytics and advertising storage is denied until you accept.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Your browser settings also let you block or clear cookies and local storage. If you block the necessary storage, we can’t remember your choice and the cookie bar may come back on every visit.
