1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you visit wondersnowbattleground.com, open a WonderSnow Battleground account or reserve the pre-registration Welcome Offer. Using the site or creating an account means you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please stop using the site.
2. About WonderSnow Battleground
WonderSnow Battleground is a free-to-play team game, played in a web browser, in which squads build snow forts and capture flags with snowballs. It is in pre-registration and is not yet playable on this website. Pre-registering creates your account and reserves the Welcome Offer for launch day.
There are no real-money features. Nothing on the site or in the game can be purchased, won or traded for money or for any reward outside the game.
3. Accounts
- Signing up and signing in both use your email address and a single-use magic link. No password is created.
- Your email inbox is the key to your account, so keep it secure. Anyone who opens your magic link can get in.
- Each person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
- The email address you give must be valid and yours.
- Players under the age of majority in their province or territory should use the site with a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for them.
4. Welcome Offer
The Exclusive Welcome Offer (5,000 Frost Flakes + Nix, together with the other rewards shown on the homepage) costs nothing. It is attached to your account when you pre-register and released in three drops, on Day 1, Day 3 and Day 7 after launch. Each account receives the offer once. If the launch date moves, the drop dates move with it, and we’ll let you know by email.
5. Frost Flakes and other in-game items
Frost Flakes are a virtual in-game currency. Frost Flakes and every other in-game item have no monetary value and can’t be exchanged for cash, moved to another account or redeemed anywhere outside WonderSnow Battleground. Holding them gives you a personal, limited licence to use content in the game, not ownership of it.
6. Playing fair
- No cheats, bots, exploits or third-party tools that change how the game plays.
- No bullying, hate speech, or offensive names, messages or fort designs.
- No attempts to get into other players’ accounts or to disrupt the service.
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed. Where the law requires it, we’ll explain why.
7. Our content
The WonderSnow Battleground name and logo, the characters (Kodi, Nix and Flurry among them), the artwork and the text are owned by us or our licensors. You’re welcome to share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Service changes
We aim to keep the site running smoothly but can’t guarantee it will always be available. Features, the launch plan and these terms may change. For any material change we’ll update the date at the top and, if you have an account, email you before the change applies.
9. Limits on liability
The site and pre-registration are free. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses. These terms don’t take away any right you have under your province’s or territory’s consumer protection laws that can’t be waived by agreement.
10. Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account whenever you like through the contact form. Any Welcome Offer drops that haven’t been delivered yet are cancelled when the account closes.
11. Governing law
The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario govern these terms. If you live in another province or territory, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction, including the right to bring a claim before its courts.
